Is this a full roof replacement?
Usually no. Most coaches need failed sealant removed and replaced, plus a leak trace. A full membrane is a different job. We will say so if that is what you actually need.
How often should I reseal?
Inspect at least twice a year in Texas — spring and fall. Reseal when the product is cracked, pulled back, or missing, not on a calendar alone.
Can I stay in the RV while you work?
Yes for most sealing jobs. We need clear roof access and a safe way onto the coach.
Do you fix the interior stain too?
We stop the leak first. Interior repair and woodwork are available when the structure is sound. Soft, wet ceiling board sometimes has to come out.
