What counts as emergency service

• Active water leak (fresh, gray, or black)

• No cooling in extreme heat

• No heat on a freeze night

• Electrical dead — no 12V, no converter, burning smell

• Propane leak smell or failed leak test before you can stay in the rig

• Slide stuck out or in, and you cannot move or secure the coach

• Burst line after a snap freeze

• You are stranded at a local park, driveway, or storage lot and cannot stay in the RV as-is

If it can wait until the next business day without damage or safety risk, we will tell you that. After-hours is for when waiting makes it worse.

Hours

• Regular: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.

• Emergency: after 6 p.m. and weekends — call the same number

After-hours is by phone. If we can get to you, we will say how soon. If we cannot roll that night, you still get a straight answer.

How an after-hours call works

1. Call 254-495-7711 and say what failed, where the coach is, and whether it is leaking, live with propane, or unsafe to stay in.

2. We tell you whether it is a go-now, first-thing-morning, or stabilize-it-yourself-until-we-arrive situation.

3. We come to the site when we take the call.

4. You get a clear scope before we start.

We are a family mobile shop, not a 20-truck dispatch center. Honesty about timing is part of the service.

Is there an after-hours fee?
Emergency and weekend calls are priced differently than weekday appointments. Ask when you call so there are no surprises.

Do you work on all RV brands?
We work on travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes. Tell us the year, the make, and the symptom.

What if I am at a campground?
That is normal. Have the park name, site number, and a gate code if there is one.

Should I turn things off before you get there?
Water leak: shut the pump and city water off. Propane smell: get out, shut the bottles off if you can do it safely, and do not switch lights or appliances on. Electrical burning smell: shut the main and unplug shore power if it is safe.
